Varnish Cache 6.0.16

Varnish Cache 6.0.16 addresses a regression that went in to the previous release, which was a security release to address VSV00017 Varnish HTTP/2 Made You Reset Attack. All users should, as soon as possible, upgrade to a secure version, either 6.0.16, 7.6.5 or 7.7.3.
